Galaxy AHi,
Kindly try to visit Samsung members application, then get help, and go to diagnostic, to check the battery status.
Then try to go to Settings- Device care- Click Optimize now- Then tap on the three dots- Automation- Auto optimize daily.
And please follow these steps, to keep your battery health in a good condition:
1. Let your screen turn off sooner.
2. Reduce screen brightness.
3. Set the brightness to change automatically.
4. Turn off keyboard sounds or vibrations.
5. Restrict applications with high battery usage.
6. Turn on adaptive battery or battery optimization.
7. Delete unused accounts.
8. Remove the apps that are running in the background.
9. Avoid using the device while charging, and make sure you are using an original charger.
10. Try the Safe Mode option.
11. Turn on Power Saving mode.
Make sure that the device is updated to the latest software from settings - software update.
After that try to do a soft reset for the device as well, by press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. It will not delete any data from the device.
If the issue persists after these steps, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report).
