A73 touch responsive issue

I am facing touch sensitive issue in navigater bar some time.but when i trurn on touch sensitive,it work very well.tell me where is the problem.....its a hardware issue or software issue.....

Bro mai b samsung a73 hi use kr rha koi b seda issue nai aya dekhne ko

Main nay be new liya hai but kabhi kabar asa hota hai touch sentive on kiya hai ab issue nahi hai.....but touch sencitive off kar doin to problem face hoti hai.......
