Please try these:

1. Restart your phone.

2. Go to Settings → Apps → Show system apps and ensure all Bixby apps are enabled.

3. Clear cache & data for Bixby Voice, Home, Vision, Service.

4. Update Bixby via Galaxy Store.

5. Re-register voice wake-up with sensitivity on High.

6. Test in Safe Mode to rule out third‑party interference.

7. Force stop & restart Bixby Service if still broken.
