Hi if you are asking if the A72 phone has a built in Mp3 player, it actually might not have it.

What you do is follow this link to download the default samsung music player. It can read mp3 files

The samsung music app is mp3 compatible. You can check it under the apps under Samsung. If its not there you can download it from Galaxy store 😊
