I bought A72 around 1 and a half months ago. But Carrier Aggregation of my phone is not working. How can I solve it?

Same issue with S20FE 5G & some others newly launched Samsung midrangers, at best you can report an error or leave a feedback via the Samsung members app.

I already not only reset network settings but also full factory reset it. But nothing worked

CA depend on sim signal , network providers and mobile devices ....

*important by your network tower location

Check that your 4G network is shows as 4G+ or LTE+, or use netmonster software.
