A72 Battery Backup Problem

Hi my 7 day old a72 SOT only on 4 hr. 

70 to 80% app r sleep mod. sum app deep sleep.

no 90hz use. adaptive battery is on. screen brightness use ony 30 to 40%. im install sum 

Banking app only. no gaming. power saving mode

Is always on. adaptive battery use is on. Use only dark mode. Use only deep black wallpaper. now my SOT 5 to 6 hr this is not fair 

 To day is last day Amazon return policy so please advise and guide please help

Bro try safe mode for 1 hour, if not solved try factory reset ,it probably works

Mine a52 gives me around 7 hours of sot

Even if i use 90hz its is getting 5hour of sot btw how is your phone

Replace it before due date. In the end they will just ignore you by saying your replacement date has expired.

Pls visit service center for hard reset & software update. It might help u out.
