It has to be restarted almost daily as it's auto rotate and proximity sensor hangs abruptly.. 

And it's not just my phone, with all A71s this problem is there..

Any solution to this? CS Support kindly do not give lame solution.

First I don't understand what's your model really a71/a71s, because they are different. And about sencer problems is solved through update or can try hard reset properly. I have an a71, but in my phone is running very well not any issues like this.

As I mentioned in the heading, it's A71 and not just me, lot of other úsers are facing similar problem.
