How to hard reset A71. I can't boot my cell into recovery mode by holding power n volume up button....

My set is on ui 3.1... I av googled but can't find a solution for hard reseting with out PC. Intact I m looking for the way to put it in recovery mode with out PC. Is there any specifice restriction ??
