I've been asking Samsung this for a long time now, but they cannot or will not say what's going on!! The Android 12 update was due in April, but it is still not out!
This is the last straw for me with Samsung. I've had an issue with every Samsung I've ever owned, and their software support is poor. I'm moving on from them in the next few months.
