Can someone please suggest me with a good screen guard for galaxy A71 which also works with ondisplay fingerprint scanner.

You can go for "Xtrength" or "open tech" both works fine with in display and are of good quality. I am using open tech on my A52s and one of my brothers is using Xtrength on his realme gt master edition.
No issues at all.

After applying this I am not able use fingerprint scanner

It's working perfectly on my A52s5g. However, you can contact the seller through email to get a refund.

In my case, even the finger print data which was saved prior to applying the tempered glass was being read perfectly!!
Nb: my touch sensitivity is also at default and not enhanced.
