A71 not charging

Same as all the others, A71 just stopped charging, its only 3 months old. I sent it to Samsung under the warranty and they claim its water damage. The phone has never been in water or had anything spilled on it.  Has anyone managed to get the charging issue sorted? Ive tried other chargers but still nothing.

Is Ur phone not charging with the charger that came in the box and works fine with other chargers?
