A71 charging issue

From yesterday my samsung A71 is not charging using fast charger given in the box in fact no fast charger is working now with my phone and not showing charging so i tried to charge my phone using old samsung charger which is not a fast charger and it is working.

Anyone have any solutions.  Even i have factory reset my phone as well

Then change the adapter. That's it. If your accessories are under warranty period then you'll get it for free.

but my charger is working with other phones very well

Then make sure that your fast charging option is enabled from the device care

tried in both way enable and disable fast charging but same issue

Visit the service center ASAP. And reinstall the firmware update there.

so this is under warranty its better to visit service centre
