u can get it by join android play service beta version. but truly say, its useless for now, until official release. ones i had it but i removed it

go to the play store and update your android webview then u will get nearby share feature

go to settings then open google and see the last option setupand restore then clk on nearby. after few min u can get nearby share on notifications pannel
