Hello Brother, this form of icons is in the setting of One ui 2.5 update, not in One ui 3.1. You go to the developer option in the parameter, you will go down to the bottom. You open the last page all the way to the bottom and you will select rectangle. You will do this before updating to One ui 3.1 otherwise samsung will remove this option
