A71 - Switch camera while video recording gone from website

Hi A71 users,

Consumer forum contacted Samsung yesterday and Switch camera while video recording feature is removed from website within a day.

Samsung didn't remove it even in 15 days when I raised it with Samsung.

So all users who are waiting for Samsung to fix the issues.

There is only one way fight for it. Raise complaint in Consumer forum.

Really you are correct at first to get sales they advertised all the nice features and removed it after the excitement ended for a71

Thanks for your efforts and thanks for the information too.. Now I guess consumer forum is best to raise our voice for quick resolution instead wasting time sending error logs, posts and contacting them... In 2-3days if new update not released with fix for drm issues then I'm also going to consumer forum.. 👍👍
