A71 Slow charging Issue

The speed of the charging at the very start is good.. then after few min it slows down & its frustrating. Because while slow charging it still says...super fast charging but the " remaining time left "

disappears 

PS- I'm using same charger (25Watt) from the box.

 Also tried another 25 watt charger of samsung.

Also hard Reset my device/Wipe cache. 

Is Anyone else facing this same issue?

Update - I did go to the service center & they just Reset my device (They call it a Software update, my phone was already updated). 

Still i'm facing the Same Issue

When you use your mobile during charging, it doesn't fast charge though it says fast charging.

I didn't use my phone while charging.

Then I guess you need to flash firmware from Service Center.
I don't have such issue in my A71 and I flashed firmware from service center.

Before it used to take 1 hour 20 minutes to charge from 0 to 100. But now it's taking 1 hour 35 minutes to charge from 15% to 88-90%.
