A71 - Recorded video playback issue in VLC

Edit: Switching off hardware acceleration fixed the issue.

Whenever I play video recorded from A71 camera in VLC it plays for 2 second like below screenshot.

It started happening after UI 3.1 update.

All my old recorded videos plays fine in VLC player.

New videos plays fine in Samsung Video player.

Can anyone confirm this behaviour of video playback?

Edit: I updated to UI 3.1 on 17th March and VLC last updated on 20th Jan. So it's not VLC update issue.
