A71 Mobile Data & WiFi On at the same time

On my A71 wifi and mobile data both stays on, while "Mobile data always active" is disabled. Check the screenshot.

that is different. if wifi signal is strong enough it will not switch to mobile data (as per ur 2nd pic)

No problem your data wont consume your data balance whenever wifi is connected.
