A71 MIC NOT WORKING

Sometimes my mic doesn't work and person on call can't hear my voice. I also checked mic by recording but it records nothing and when mic not work simultaneously headphones also not detected by headphone jack. When I restart my phone then it works normally. What should I do please help 😔 😞 .

first create a backup of your data and then factory reset your phone.
if problem solves then well and if it doesn't then visit service center.

Well it's a common problem. I think most of the A71 has this mic issue. I faced it earlier slightly. But it's working fine now somehow.

Almost 6-7 months.
