A71 Gets hang and Restarts every time I use Phone app

Has anyone facing the problem in A71?
Whenever I use "Phone" app and try to call someone dialling the phone number, my device gets hang and it switches off. 

Have been facing the problem since 2 weeks.
Pluse phone is heating.

Samsung making fools of customers , charged premium price for brand value and products are below average quality and less features.

FACTORY RESET YOUR DEVICE ONCE
SETTINGS > GENERAL MANAGEMENT > RESET > RESET DEVICE
