A71 Display Issue

Asalam o alaikum

I'm Using Galaxy A71. I'm facing 2 issues

1. while on standay on complete black screen, when a person calls, the ringtone plays butbthe screen remains black. 

2. while on standby, when i press the power button to wakeup the screen,it remains on for 1 second & it goes off. Then i tap to wakeup then everything runs fine. 

Quite irritating.

I'm facing these issues! I don't know if iam the only one facing this issue or some one else?

sensor is working fine. waiting for other A71 users to share there opinion. which handset u r using?

I am using SM A20, yes your sensor will be work fine but some till screen protector or pouch cover the sensor which cause that issue which your are talking about

when the sensor hide with any thing then the screen will be ansulotly closed during call because of sensor hiding. Hope u will be understand

I understood. but i'm not talking about during call. on standby mode i turns off.

i agree with u r 2nd point abt power button i also face the same issue on my a71....further the screen turns on itself sometimes when in pocket which is very disturbing because it drains battery ..

i face the same problem & its quite irritating.

and what abt ur battery when u fully charge it it drops from 100 to 99 in abt 10mins even on standby...do u experience the same with ur a71?

yes it happens. there is a solution

Turn you always on display mode to tap only. by this way it didn't drain the battery.
