A71 Android 13

My A71 Brazilian model ZTO is yet to receive Android 13, but my friend's both A71 have already received this week.

Please elaborate, by Brazilian model do you mean you purchased the device in Brazil? if that is the case please note software varies per region. You will need to take the device to an accredited service center for a software reload

I got the phone from USA, but when I checked it is ZTO which belongs to Brazil. Even updating to Android 12 was very late in 05/2022. I believe even android 13 will come to my phone in January 2023
