I run Rise of Kingdoms on my Samsung A17 with no issues saving photos from the game to my gallery and posting photos from my gallery on that phone. I recently purchased an A71 and gave all the required permissions to my photos to the app but I get an error when I try to save from the game to gallery and when I use the in game function to look at my gallery all the pages are black.
Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
* Check app cache: Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
