Fanally I Got Andorid 11 , i have manully install.but offical method through odin,

Running awsome .battery performce better home ui 3.1 ,some time little bit bugs, buts its country problems ..no wait samsung users you are download by sammobile frimware.

Download firmware by sammobile.com ,eg a70fn > select region .FOJ csc like iraq ,iran sudia arab. File size 4.4gb something ...and is page scroll down down,Samsung driver install .if u can download above mention .
then watch one video in YouTube search odin methed.and instal this firmware android 11 .
note if u check home csc It will no erase data .and only csc check it will be clean installation and erase all data...
