A70 phone wont start after Android 10 update

I received an update message a few days ago to upgrade to Android 10, I'm not sure if the update completed but now the phone wont switch on.  Ive tried all methods of atempting a forced restart but no joy.   Anyone else had this issue?

download the andriod 9 firmware and install samsung drivers on pc and flash through odin.. It will start then

Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:

Check device in safe mode to perform that power off the device for that press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device, when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key. Kindly exit the safe mode by restarting the device.
