Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:-
1) Do the reset app preferences (setting>>apps>>three dots on the right top>>reset app preferences).
1) Do the reset settings of the device (setting>>general management>>reset>>reset setting).
2) Run the device in Safe mode and check the issue.
