Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the network issue in your device.
1) Check Network mode and set it to Auto Connect. (Settings > Connections> Mobile Network> Network mode> Select LTE/3G/2G auto connect).
2) Search for the Network Manually via following path (Menu> Settings> Connections>More Networks> Mobile Networks> Network Operators> Select Manual Search).
3) Perform the reset network setting (Go to the settings>>general management>>reset>>reset network settings).
4) If still issue persists then we would suggest you to contact your service provider.

i was facing the same problem update can fix this but I only could update my phone using Smart Switch on my
install it connect your phone and let the application update the software and your problem will be solved

Galaxy AI am facing this issue since Oct 2019 and still facing the same issue. I have already done all troubleshooting steps including yours as well but the problem is still not resolved. When I connected my phone to wifi network, internet works absolutely fine but sim card internet is not working. samsung service center suggested me to change the motherboard which cost Rs.8400 with one month warranty because of moisture issue. Now you told me friend, what is the logic to spend that much higher amount, instead I will prefer to buy new smartphone, but definitely not samsung.
