Dear Samsung team, I'm asking for all A7 2016 users. We know you have lot of posts to reply. But this is the question A7 2016 users have been asking you continuously. Please dont reply with default templates. We believe that the Samsung Members platform will not disappoint us by misleading.

**Our Questions are**

i) Why there is no security patch update after July 2016? It's been three months we received that.

ii) Why you haven't provided Samsung Experience UI 8.1 update? We're seeing J7 prime devices are getting that update. Samsung is providing two major OS updates to every device and why can't you provide full features of Nougat? Atleast we are not expecting Oreo. We want full features of Nougat.

Thanks for being with Samsung and for sharing your feedback. Sir, Samsung offers you the best value on the product released. Updates are rolling out by time to time for the devices, However it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the update with the devices.
