Hi, I'm facing a problem after the one ui 8 update. My phone is auto shutting down. I turned off the auto restart option when phone getting stuck or need it a restart. Still same issue here. Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem?

That is looking like a serious phone issue...I think you should go to a authorised Samsung dealer in your town and get your phone issue solved...

Try wipe cache partition.

Power off your phone and press and hold the power button + volume up. There will appear some options. And navigate by your volume and power button. >Wipe cache partition >reboot system. Sometimes, this may fix your update patches..

This sounds like a post-update software glitch, which can happen after a major One UI update. Even if Auto Restart is turned off, the phone may still shut down due to background system optimization, corrupted cache, or an app conflict after the update. Try restarting the phone once, clearing the cache partition, and checking if any recently updated or third-party apps are causing the issue by testing in Safe Mode. Also make sure the phone isn’t overheating or dropping battery suddenly. If the problem continues, it’s likely a firmware bug and should be fixed in the next update, or you may need to visit a Samsung service center for a software reflash.

If you found this helpful, please tap the three dots and mark it as the solution 🙏
