When Wi-Fi calling is active, calls are routed through the internet, which is why they work more reliably. When switching to mobile network only, call stability depends on signal strength, network registration, and carrier support in your area.
We recommend checking that VoLTE is enabled, ensuring your SIM card is properly provisioned by your mobile network provider, and confirming that your device software is fully up to date.
