I bought a Samsung Galaxy A55 in May and I haven't recieved a single software update. It's still using the February version and the finger print works only when it feels like it!

Just came back from them, they suggested I go to a Samsung store. Well I guess factory reset it is, if that fails then I'll go to Samsung store

I'm starting to wonder where MTN gets their phones because I had so many issues with my a15. I traded it in for the same phone at the samsung store and I haven't received any issues
