- Ensure that vibration is enabled from:
Galaxy Wearable app > Band settings > Notifications > Enable vibration - Check the sound and vibration settings directly on the Fit3:
Settings > Sounds and vibration > Vibration - Restart the Galaxy Fit3 and reconnect it to the phone through the Galaxy Wearable application.
- Make sure both the Galaxy Wearable app and the Fit3 software are updated to the latest version.
