A phone with good build quality and durable glass. Yes durable because I use mine naked no screen protector nor case. But unfortunately software and updates side of things it's just a massive let down, I've given up on receiving monthly security updates which I never received a single one after seven months owning the device. Most irritating thing is finger scan, mine doesn't read and it prevents me from accessing sensitive information like logging into my banking apps or use digital wallet. 😏

Then what's the point of sharing diagnostic data with Samsung?

Oh dear , with all the complaints about the newer A series IL think I just stick with A 33 , the problem I have is a screen protector work on my phone for a maximum of 1 week after which it makes all touch functionality go slack or sometimes cease to function

I have the A54, and it actually improved with getting monthly updates, and the fingerprint reader has never failed me even with a screen protector... did you increase the sensitivity of your screen in the settings app yet? Maybe that could help. And make sure you have set automatic updates with wifi to be on

Exactly, updates are meant to improve performance and stability. No updates means vulnerability and lacking performance. Hopefully, I'm just hoping.

I honestly believe that samsung is trying to hold back their A series from becoming too popular because they really want us to buy their s series more and make more of a profit 📈

I've done so yet everytime I use a screen protector it gives me problems with my scanner I don't know why but without screen protectors it works 100s

That's strange, hey. May I ask if you were using a different type of screen protector like those privacy ones or matte ones?, the one I got was from incredible connection and specifically said it doesn't mess with fingerprint scanners

I first got a normal tempered glass , & then that hydra gel type
