A55 Promotion

I bought my A55 due to the puds and watch promotion, it's been a week and I'm still not getting them

I bought the A35, I still waiting for any form of communication... their WhatsApp system is not helping 😒

I also bought an A55 2 weeks ago.. I'm not even getting a watch, apparently just the buds.. still don't have them .. no replies on email or phone call.. WhatsApp line isn't much help either

Very disappointed at this whole thing, mind you the reason I bought this phone was coz of this promo

I finally got a response from Samsung. If you bought the phone cash (prepaid) you will only get the buds not the watch as well. Delivery is between 7 and 14 working days.. so basically 3 weeks. I however did not get an answer on the assistant of tracking my order as the reference number I received is not found on tracking with couriers

I called them they told me of the 3 weeks too but since the 21st of October to today no communication till so far
