A52s imei issue

Guys , as we know online sale is going on..when I try to exchange my A52s and enter IMEI , it shows device imei doesnt match with A52s on FLIPKART.. 

Why this is happening ?

Go to Settings > about phone > select imei slot 1 copy code and paste

Maybe type error or something else

Otherwise check box imei and dail *#06# and if different. So this one duplicate product
