A52s Jazz VoLTE is not working

Jazz VoLTE doesn't work in either of two SIM slots (wouldn't show 'use VoLTE' in connection settings) while Telenor VoLTE works just fine in any SIM slot. I enquired Jazz regarding this issue but they said everything's fine on their end. Any ideas or solution to this will be appreciated.

Jis kisi mobile mei jazz ki sim pr VoLET chal rha ho. Us mobile ki same slot mei apni sim lgaein. Sirf 5 min k liye. Jese hi VoLTE show ho apni sim wapis apne mobile mei daal lein. Phir show hoga VoLTE.
Mere sath yehi hua tha. A52s mobile. Or jazz ki sim pr aesa hua tha.

A51 pr show hota tha VoLTE to mei ne usme try ki thi. Ab hmesha chalta hai.

Mere pas hai ek aysa phone jis mein VoLTE chalta hai, mein yeh tareeqa zaror aazma kay dekhun ga. Rehnumai kay liye shukriya.

Bhai go to jazz franchise and asked for volte service activation.

VoLTE is already enabled on my Jazz SIM and working fine on other device except my phone.

My phone A33 is not showing Jazz VOLTE after android 13 update.

I called the helpline and as per them A33 is not listed in their VOLTE list.

That's strange because it was working fine before.

If it wasn't listed on their website then how it was working? But not working after OS update. This is strange. Probably getting a replacement SIM card might fix that?

Probably.... I get the new Sim tomorrow.

But Jazz VOLTE is working fine on my other phone, Oppo Reno 2. I just checked.

Bruh! Like seriously like either their network is literally busted or sim cards have mind of their own. Or is it samsung messed up this is time?
Hopefully new sim card will fix the issue. (but if doesn't... well they will tell you that A33 isn't supported as their website doesn't show you A33 in their supported devices. **bleep** but why they don't support it is beyond me)

I have the same issue. My A52s 5G was updated on Android 13 yesterday and VoLte is not working. On Android 12 it was fine. I called Jazz helpline and they don't have any information. Need help!
