I am facing issue message not sent so I checked smsc there is no any center number then I talk with sim carrier support they said update you smsc manually but problem is that I can't update it manually also It is disabled/greyd. I tried different method, I switch sims in slots then it's work but after restart device then again same issue, I tried clear data of message app and restart e.t.c but issue remian same.
