When you restart your Galaxy A52, it says "Optimizing apps" as a normal part of starting up. This process improves app performance and responsiveness. It's nothing to worry about and happens automatically during every restart.

It doesn't happen all the time. It will happen if u have recently cleared data or cache of some application. Basically its a process of streamlining the apps to work at its best possible way. Hope this helps
