I've updated my A52 to android 13(One UI5) yesterday night, should I factory reset my device or should I continue using as it is.

Which might be best option ?

Its fine if you are not having any problem with ui

No need to perform a factory reset unless you encounter any major bugs or issues...
The device restarts itself after installing the update, so no need to do that...
In my opinion, use the device as it is :)

I'm facing minor issues like jitterness which scrolling, recent apps jitterness and somewhat lag
