In pakistan, it's not allowed by PTA to record call. So feature is not available for Pakistan.

I've tried only once that call recording is working or not. And it was working. I don't need it. I just wanted to have update early so I installed manually. 😅

You need odin to do that. And download official firmware from sammmobile.
