A51 stuck at 1% charging

When I insert my Samsung A51 into the original charger, it no longer charges and instead displays the message "USB isn't recognised."

I tried a different charger and connection, and it initially displayed "USB connected" before thereafter displaying "USB disconnected."

I swapped the wire and plugged it into the power bank; it is now powered but not charging.

I've already placed it in a bowl of rice for four hours, but nothing has happened.

Its just a software issue, upgrade it via usb cable from computer
