A51 signal issue

My device has signals issue, SIM signal and WiFi as well very poor signals.

If there is any solution.is this hardware issue or software issue

Mere pas A03s hai. Sim1 & sim2 do no ufone chel ra ta hu lekin sim1 ma to jada tar signals 1 se 2 ata hai, sim2 to 2 se 4 average hai.
