A51 microphone problem while call is on loud speaker

I have samsung A51 and noticed that while talking through ear piece on call, the person can hear my voice clearly. But if i put the call on loudspeaker, the receiver of call cant hear my voice. Turning back to earpiece the person is able to hear me again. Unable to find any help on google.

if you have the cover wrapped on the phone then just remove the cover and it will work.

Mere A51 k mai issue hai. Whatsapp pai audio msg jab send krta hn tu bht low and thin awaz jati hai. 😢

Mic hole jo camera sy upar left side py hy usay uncover krdo sahi ho jye ga.

Try kia hai har tarah sai. pata nai kya issue hai. Software ka hai ya hardware ka hai yai ab nai pata chal raha.
