A51 Battery Drain issue

So this phone is brand new delivered on 17th of August  2020.

And I am disappointed with the battery life is giving me. Apps like Instagram are draining like 2% in 4 minutes and zoom took 8% in an hour.

Till 18 google app was using more than 20% in background. I had to disable it and trust me if iI have to disable some functions that are useful then this is not a modern phone.

Am I supposed to disable the main things that make a phone a smartphone.

I WANT A QUICK SOLUTION SAMSUNG!!

I am super disappointed.

And people thinking that I am here to defame Samsung, No its not that I have paid for this phone almost 23k so I can atleast expect some support. 

I am adding screenshots too just for reference.

My phone is currently running on one ui 2.1 latest update with altz life.

by the way check screen on time after your full charge to 0% once
to know exact battery screen on time
then we can understand the issue

hey eshank so I've tested the sot from hundred% to 23%
I usually charge when the phone reaches 20%
so the phone lasted 5.6 hrs to this point which is better than before but still bad
as you can see I did not play any games and no Hotspot too.
youtube ate a bit more than expected but its fine I can live with that until next update.
the sot is 6hrs 38 mins minus 58 minutes because i used the phone at night too.
I started the test at 10 am with full battery.
please confirm and tell if something is wrong
and yes brightness was at around 20-25% range
calling for 10 mins only

in my opinion its good enough considering 4000 mah battery
and still 23% remained so as per my experience it will last atleast 2 hours more
then total SOT would be approximately 8 hours
and its not bad at all dear.
so my advise is not be over thinking towards battery time.
M series user having 6k and their average sot is 10-12 hour.s only.

my final suggestion is just enjoy your mobile stuff.
stop thinking all time about battery.
as this may vary time to time as per uses pattern.

the main problem is this update

means you didn't disable "auto update over wifi" and you connected with wifi

ya I forgot I gues but I can live with that for now because now I know battery isn't that bad it was just the software.
