A51 BUG after new APRIL patch

After updating new 1 April security patch, something look like doesn’t work for me.

APPLY DARK MODE TO WALLPAPER doesn’t working although the button is ON.

 I restarted phone but that doesn’t solve? 

Is there something to be worried?
