A50s vibration not working

Suddenly vibration of call and message stopped working.  Tried restarting but didn't work.  

Can anyone help?

Take it to the service center and tell him to make sure vibration motor is working

Not good steps but when my j5 prime vibration stopped working I throttle it from bottom side and it started working and till now after 2 years of that event it is working properly. ( Zyada zor se mat thokna bas dheere se 5-6 baar kisi table Mei maarna vertically downward.). Plzz mark this as solution by clicking 3 dots. Plzzzz

Par aapko phone factory reset karma hoga agar aap service Mei dete ho toh.
