A50s charging problem

I face A50s charging problem. Only 28% fast charging time 4 hours and 76 % stop charging automatically, charger stop work and phone become hot and drain charge bye step.

After 10 % charging, charging was stopped and now o charging, what might be the problem?

Kindly follow the below mentioned step to improve the performance of the device:

1. Kindly follow the standard charging procedure. i.e; please charge the device in switch off condition for a minimum of 10 minutes.
2. We recommend our customers to use only Samsung approved chargers, as 3rd party chargers with different output rating may cause errors in the device.
