No you won't get One UI 3.0 in November. By November, S20 and Note 20 series should get. A50s next year April-May it'll come.

Samsung confirmed that One UI 3 with Android 11 for A50s will be on roll out on April 2021.Sorry ,for wrong information of October-November 2020 from my part.
