A50s & A50 Wi-Fi Hotspot issue

My Laptop which earlier use to show hotspots from A50s and A50 stopped showing WiFi connection.

When I tried to configure Hotspot in mobile only WPA2-PSK is available where is WPA2-PSK option?

Any solution for the above issue?

i had a lenovo phone long ago and i faced this exact issue but i could not fix it.

Yes tried, in mobile only WPA2-PSK is available but WPA-PSK and WEP is not available.

Please be assured and to resolve these issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1. Reset Network Settings:-Go to apps screen >Settings >General Management >Reset >Reset Network Setting.
2. Check device in safe mode:- Power off the device > Press and hold the Power key for one or two seconds to turn on the device > When the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
To exit safe mode: Restart your device.

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report)along with screenshots, short videos and error log file, so that we can assist you accordingly.
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
