Hi members

Is anyody facing this issue of restarting of A50S every 3 days.

First it gets hanged.....then screen freezes and then restarts.

If yes please comment below

go to recovery mode just wipe data

this issue happens for two reason 

1 overheating 

2 sim card network 

 

even i faced this same issue some time 

 

make sure that your phones do not overheats  

and check the sim card properly inserted or not

furthermore it can happen with software also but its very limited chance of having that but yes it might happen

resetting does not help that much wipe the cache partition does help if you reset the preloaded apps will come. back again

i will reset it in sometime...i have done wipe cache

a50s is facing many problems like heating, lagging, hanging, battery draining fast, camera degradation Samsung should solve these problems through software update but I don't think that they will solve

yes after android 10 battery draining and hanging has increased

Please be assured and to resolve "auto restart" issue please follow below given steps:

>>>Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.

 

To resolve the issue of "Device hanging issue" Please follow given steps:

1) Check device in safe mode: Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears >Press and hold the power off icon.
Exit safe mode: Hold the power button and select restart on the device.
2) Reset the device: settings >General Management > Tap on Reset.
Note: Before reset make sure to have back up of the data via Smart Switch Mobile App
(Install Smart Switch App > Open > Click on Memory Card Icon >Back Up option > Choose the data for Back up > Back Up).

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.

i have done all of the above and error report is also given 5 times for he same. also i have emailed bug report to memberindia@samsung.com
